We took over the project management of a ready to eat production facility build at the shell phase to procured machinery, implemented the all the systems, commissioned into production to supply ready to eat chilled foods into the UKs largest online supermarket and the most prestigious retailers in London.
We have done the same again but from a blank canvas in Ireland, sourcing a warehouse, planning and building a ready to eat production facility supplying into retailers and foodservice in the Munster region.
Project management experience also includes the implementation of software systems, IT upgrades, safety systems, ISO and BRCGS in food, engineering, manufacturing and logistics companies.
